I'm new to Node/Backend stuff so excuse me if this is a dumb question.
However, what I would like to do is set up a web app that can send a request to the tessel, and if this request is successful, the tessel perform some action. While I've been successful making this work over my local network, I obviously can't ping my tessel's IP while on another network, and thus can't get this to fire. Could someone with some experience on this shed some light?
If it makes any difference, I'm currently using Node's HTTP module to create a server and listen at a port, then perform some sort of action when a request is made. Super simple at this point but I'd like to know if its even possible to control from a remote network. Thanks!
